I've Been Where You Are

I'm Ramee Damon Williams Sr., and at 47, I'll be honest - I'm fighting the same battles you are.

I'm a certified personal trainer and tactical strength conditioning facilitator. My time serving in the Marine Corps as a Drill Instructor, physical training instructor, and martial arts instructor didn't just teach me about fitness - it inspired my mission to help others long after I retired. I've been helping people get in shape since 2015.

But I'm also currently overweight, dealing with knee pain during squats, and working around lower back issues that flare up during deadlifts. I have nerve damage in my right arm from an old training injury.

Over 10 years now, I've been helping empower others to achieve their goals while taking a backseat for myself. And life has thrown many turbulent scenarios my way since then. It's time I focus on practicing what I preach. Now I need to "put my oxygen mask on first" so I can be in a better position to really help other men get results. I realized I wasn't the only veteran in his 40s struggling to get back in shape while dealing with old injuries and new responsibilities.

That's exactly why I created this program. Every workout has modifications and the Elite Coaching includes completely customized programming.

How much time does this require?

3 full-body strength training sessions per week, 30-45 minutes each, with optional active recovery. No split routines here. It's designed for busy men, not gym rats.

Do I need to be a military veteran to join?
