What if I can't do certain exercises due to injuries?

That's exactly why I created this program. Every workout has modifications and the Elite Coaching includes completely customized programming.

How much time does this require?

3 full-body strength training sessions per week, 30-45 minutes each, with optional active recovery. No split routines here. It's designed for busy men, not gym rats.

Do I need to be a military veteran to join?


No. F.A.S.T. is for any man who's served his country, excelled in sports, or achieved success in his career—then found himself struggling to maintain his physical edge.
